How to Book:

Booking with Alchemise Pet Care is intentionally simple and structured.
This helps ensure the right fit for your dog and allows care to be calm, safe, and personalised from the very start.

Please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Get in touch

📩 Email or text Samantha with:

• your preferred dates
• whether you are looking for day care or boarding
• a brief description of your dog (age, breed, temperament)

All enquiries and bookings are handled via email or text only.

Step 2: Arrange a free meet & greet

If Alchemise feels like a potential fit, we can arrange a free 20-minute meet-and-greet.

This allows:

• your dog to meet Samantha
• everyone to assess suitability calmly
• questions to be answered before booking

All dogs must attend a meet-and-greet session before using day care or boarding services.

This takes place in the garden so that boarding dogs are not disrupted.

Meet & greets are kept to around 20 minutes so that the dogs currently staying with us remain calm and supported.

Step 3: Complete the booking forms

Once the meet & greet is successful, you’ll be asked to complete a terms and conditions form and a simple booking form with details such as:

• feeding routines
• veterinary information
• emergency contacts
• health and behavioural information

Step 4: Secure your booking

To confirm your booking:

• Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit
• Send a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions
• Send the completed day care or boarding booking form
• Send proof of your dog’s vaccinations

Bookings are not confirmed until both the deposit and signed terms have been received.

Step 5: Final balance payment

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 21 days before the start of your booking.

For bookings made within 21 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Before your dog’s stay

Prior to attending, please ensure:

• your dog is fully vaccinated, including Kennel Cough
• flea and worm treatments are up to date
• Any changes to health, behaviour, or routine must be communicated in advance
• The trial night must be completed at least 21 days before the stay (unless booked within 21 days)

🐾 Your dog’s packing list

• A tag with your name and contact details
  • Enough of your dog’s usual food and their usual treats (and a little extra)
  – Please portion dry food into labelled bags
  • Collar or harness and lead
  • A familiar item from home (bed, blanket, or toy)

Bowls and enrichment are all provided 🐶

A note on capacity & care

Alchemise Pet Care is run solely by Samantha and operates with small numbers only, in line with licensing requirements and welfare standards.
Following this booking process helps ensure every dog receives calm, attentive, and consistent care. It means more time for the dogs.
