One dog: £45 per 24 hours
(Example: 9.00 am drop-off to 9.00 am next day collection.

Additional dog (same household): £40 per 24 hours

Entire (un-neutered) males: £100 per 24 hours

Accepted by arrangement only due to additional management and welfare considerations.

Extended Stays

If collection falls into a new 24-hour period, a half-day, full-day or hourly rate will apply due to licensed capacity limits.

Designed to support calm transitions and maintain licensed capacity:

• Drop-off: 9.00 – 9.45 am

• Collection: 12.30 – 1.00 pm

Half Day (PM)
• Drop-off: 1.00 – 1.30 pm
• Collection: 4.45 – 5.30 pm

Alternative times may be accommodated with advance notice.

Breakfast Club (8.30 – 9.00 am): £4

Dinner Club (5.30 – 7.00 pm): £4 per 30 minutes

🚶 Drop-In Visits

40-minute visit: £24
20-minute visit: £14
Includes travel within Bury St Edmunds & local area.
Additional travel by agreement.

🗓 Weekends & Bank Holidays

Saturdays & Sundays: by arrangement (Sunday surcharge applies)
Bank Holidays, Christmas & New Year: +50%

⏰ Late Collection / Overstay

Charged at £6 per hour, or at half-day/full-day rate if over 4 hours due to licensing limits.

💳 Payment Terms

• 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking
• Remaining 50% due 21 days before stay
• Bookings within 21 days: full payment required
• Payment methods: BACS, card link, or cash

✅ Booking Requirements

To ensure welfare and licensing compliance:
• Dogs must be fully vaccinated (including Kennel Cough)
• Flea & worm treatment must be up to date
• Free meet & greet required before first booking
• Trial night required for boarding bookings of 2+ nights
• Small number of dogs only, in line with licensing
